More than ten years of product design on highly complex B2B products: data platforms, industrial tools, multi-product SaaS. I design the structure of the product, its roles, its objects and its rules, then the systems that keep it consistent as it grows.

    Enterprise data platform, convergence of the Talend and Qlik products.

    • Data products: business glossaries and data contracts, which make vocabulary, responsibilities and guarantees explicit between data producers and consumers; cost visibility (FinOps).

    • WorkplaceToBe: redesign as a modular offer, with modules sold separately, aligned with sales and unified across web, mobile and Outlook.

    • Desoutter: unifying business software into a SaaS platform, a profile-based architecture on a shared data foundation, a governed design system.
    • MAIF: field research (call shadowing, call analysis) and decision-support tools for call-centre advisers.
